OTHER TRAINING SEMINARS:
The West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors also offers training that
qualifies for the 15 hours a year mandatory continuing education requirement

DECEMBER CERTIFICATION TESTING:
Congratulations to five of our members for successfully passing the latest round of ICC
Certification Testing .
Scott Jolliffe of Fairmont took and passed three tests; CBO Technology,
Residential Plumbing Inspection and Residential Electric Inspecrtion.
Bryan Casto of Nitro, Scott Coyle of Charles Town, Terry Feiser of Berkeley Co. and
Billy Smith of Charleston all passed the Residential Electical Inspection test.
Home Inspector Jim Hammons also passed the Residential Electric Inspection test.
ICC tests have a pass rate of 40%. We passed eight of the 14 or 57%.
